Once the transaction is completed, it is not possible to refund the USD on Advanced Cash. Evonax LLC does not accept refunds made after the payments has been sent to the Advanced Cash account of the customer. Please note that we strive to execute all exchanges as quick as possible, but an exchange can take up to 24 hours to complete.
When you start an exchange on Evonax, we generate a unique deposit address where you can deposit your BTC. When our system receive the agreed amount of BTC, we start the exchange process. Advanced Cash orders are completed within 24 hours and often within only a few minutes or hours.
If we not are able to complete the exchange, or you transfered a wrong amount of BTC, we will contact you by email, on the email you inputted as your Advanced Cash email. If your Advanced Cash email does not function as your contact email you should contact our support-team on support@evonax.com.
If we are not able to contact you, and you do not contact us - in case we can't complete the exchange - we will cancel the exchange and send back the deposited BTC, minus original exchange fee, within 2-3 days.
