Exchanges are a simple 3-step process.
Step 1: Fill out the form on the homepage. Choose the currency you have and the currency you want. Provide the amount you want to exchange and the address of the wallet you want us to send the exchanged coins to. For example, if you want to exchange Bitcoin to Litecoin, you have to provide a valid Litecoin wallet address. If you wish to receive a confirmation e-mail you can also provide your e-mail address. Click "Make instant exchange" to begin the exchange.
Step 2: We generate a unique deposit address for you. This address is unique to this exchange alone. Please transfer the amount you wish to exchange to this address.
Step 3: Once we receive the coins on the deposit address and the network confirms the transaction, we will transfer the exchanged amount to the wallet you provided and we will keep you informed every step of the proces.

We currently only support exchanges to USD through Advanced Cash. Please note that U.S Citizens will not be able to use Advanced Cash.
Nothing bad happens. The exchange will automatically update itself and you will receive the corresponding amount in the currency you want to exchange to.
At Evonax you don't need to create an account to proceed with an exchange. All you need to do is fill out the form and you can start exchanging.
Our supported coins are Bitcoin, Compound, Dai, Dash, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Maker, Monero, USDT(ERC20), Chainlink, Bitcoin Gold, Bitcoin Cash, SHIBA INU, Uniswap and Z-cash.
You can track your exchange by accessing the "Track Exchange" section on the menu. Type in your receving address or email (if you used one).
Fees vary depending on what pairs you have chosen. As we do not charge a fix fee, you can always see how much you get before submitting your exchange.
We require no documents or KYC. However, in some cases we might ask for documents for specific trades to comply with rules and regulations.
